Gingerbread House Decorating; real and pretend
I love decorating gingerbread houses, and it works on some great skills with spreading the frosting and placing the candy. I will often do a simplified version making graham cracker houses instead of gingerbread, and love to use it as a great take home Christmas activity. Working in the schools, it is harder to carry those types of supplies around, so here is the paper version of decorating gingerbread houses.
I made a colored copy so that the kids could see what it should look like and they could then color it how they want to. Download the pdf to color and make a lovely gingerbread house.
